Access to a focal point, with innovation and justice orientation based on the third model befitting an Iranian-Islamic woman and family, in order to promote the status of woman and strengthen family at national level, effective at international level.
Mission
Through smart observation over indices in the areas of women and family attempt to follow with regular updates based on the inputs and smart and future-looking policy making, with preventive approaches and joint planning through maximizing sub-sectorial interactions of the beneficiaries, relying on the upstream documents and within the legal framework through integrity, coordination and by benefitting from other relevant capacities and also by establishing non-governmental networks as well as dialoguing and setting up accountability system and regular supervision thereby promoting an effective status for women and family vice- presidency.

Strategic Structures of Governance
-Redefining the mission and the structure of women and family vice-presidency as a sub-sectorial facilitating institution functioning in areas of dialoguing, networking, defining role models and decision-makings in the areas of women and family.
-Reengineering national work model and the tasks of units related to women’s issues at government departments.
-Annexing family- orientated regulations to large scale decisions
-Regulating and formation of family- oriented policies for all government departments
Media Strategies and Dialoguing
-Supporting production and publication of cultural and media products in order to display a third model for women at national and international levels
-Support the formation, reinforcement and development of interactions between the institutions and active prominent women
-Introducing and supporting the areas that is an opportunity for women to take part at national and international levels
Policymaking strategies, observation and assessment
-Design requirements to shift from unit of individual to unit of family in various education, cultural, social and economic systems
-Design mechanisms for finding leading talented women with an approach to defining an identity based on educational indices of the third model for woman
-Create infrastructures and foundations for effective presence of women and their role play where social advantages exist
-Design an index and create monitoring system in the areas of women and family’s activities
-Amendment and management of counseling system and participation of family members in overcoming family disputes and activating the counseling capacities with religious and scientific approach
Regulatory strategies
-Offering amendments on some of the articles of the civil law and the family law within the framework of dynamic jurisprudence
-Reviewing the laws and regulations of employment and providing appropriate conditions for women’s employment
-Establishing a reviewing council on the family- oriented laws
-Raising awareness among women regarding their lawful rights and responsibilities in order to support women within the third model framework
Networking strategies
-To direct, support and facilitate NGOs activities in the areas of women’s empowerment
-Networking among the international activists and NGOs in the areas of women and family in line with the third model for women
-Networking among leading women and role models in the advantageous areas
-Networking among the charities and NGOs with the aim of benefiting from their capacities in implementing the governing policies on women and family
-To mobilize public capacities and the institutions for helping to alleviate social problems
