Key Legal Measures Undertaken by the Thirteenth Government

 

1. Amendment bill on the legal note for permission to open bank deposit account for children as ratified in 1977
2. Supplementary bill on a note to article 41 of law on supporting family

3. Amendment bill on note 336 of the civil law supplementary in 2002 supervising on the proverbial wages for the wife during her married life
4. Amendment bill on note 2 of article 14 of the code of criminal procedure adopted in 2013 ( the moral loss inflicted by the victim of the crime)
5. Bill on protecting women’s dignity and supporting women against violence
6. Rectification of laws in women’s areas adopted in 2021

22.  Correspondence with relevant institutions related to article 27 of the law on supporting family and young population including medical specialists, and maternity paramedics in particular, benefitting from the services included in the article
23.  Pursuing and amendment of the law on submitting pupils’ school report to mother
24. Adopting a one- year delay in repayment of loans by women clients from the blood money institution.
25. Evaluation of the law on national service management, laws and regulation and upstream document related to motherhood and employment
26. Holding national festival on top judiciary and  reviewing  the vulnerabilities of judicial procedure in women and family areas
