The advocates of terrorists are not qualified to comment on human rights

At the special meeting of the Human Rights Council Dr. Khadijeh Karimi, director general of international department of vice-presidency for women and family affairs stated: “The claims and sympathies of Germany that was once the provider of chemical weapons for Saddam’s regime to be used against the people of Iran which led to the killing and injury of more than 100 thousand innocent people is unrealistic and deceptive.” According to the report of the vice- presidency for women and family affairs in her speech Dr. Karimi stated: “Based on the statistics and reliable reports Iran is one of the most successful countries in promoting and strengthening the role of women in social participation in various areas such as health, education, literacy, economy and various sports activities.

Dr. Karimi added: “Those countries claiming that today they are holding this special meeting have in actual fact violated the basic rights specially, the rights of the women and children in Iran in a serious and gross way by imposing oppressive sanctions against the people of Iran and by doing such inhumane acts they certainly cannot claim to be supporting the rights of women and children in Iran. They have given refuge to different terrorist groups who have killed over 17thousand innocent Iranians in the past 40 years in various terrorist attacks and have shown that their claims for supporting human rights is merely a deception. With such a record these countries are not qualified to offer human rights advices to other countries.

Referring to the death of Miss Mahsa Amini and expressing her sympathy said: “After that incident all the high- ranking officials and the relevant bodies of the country immediately attempted to deal with the issue by examining the various dimensions of the incident but unfortunately, the hasty statements and interventions based on fake information of some of the western countries and also through the fake news of the hired media the peaceful protests in Iran in the early days suddenly turned into violence and later was followed by terrorist attacks and it led to riots and insurgence and serious damage to the general public, officers of the police force and the security guards and also many government properties were damaged.

Also, by referring to the destructive role of some of the Farsi speaking media located in US and UK she added: “These media played an effective and clear role in leading the way towards violence and insurgence in a broad, harsh and disturbing way and even showed how to make cocktail Molotov. Networks such as Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp also by creating false user accounts and by disseminating false news on the incident tried to instigate public feelings and aggravate violence and insurgence and they continue to do so until now.”

In another part of her speech, she stated; “Those who claim to hold the flag of human rights have targeted the lives of the Iranian women and children through imposition and implementation of unilateral sanctions and supporting terrorist attacks against them. The systematic violence against the women and children in these countries refusing to accept women refugees, their silence toward the status of women in Yemen and Palestine, the assassination of Martyr Shirin Abu Aghleh and the mass graves of the native children in Canada are only some of the small examples that discredit the claims of these countries on women’s rights.

Finally, Dr. Karimi said: “Despite all foreign interventions and their desperate efforts for destabilizing Iran the great nation of Iran once again disappointed their enemies by taking into the streets in millions on 4th November.
