Dr. Ensieh Kazali, deputy president for women and family affairs in her tweet referred to the uncommon measures undertaken at the Commission on the Status of women gathering and called it unfair. She also referred to part of her statement at the commission in her tweet:

 “In spite of the unfair removal of Iran’s membership from the commission on the status of women contrary to the international rules,

And in spite of refusing to issue visa for the Iranian delegation again contrary to the international rules,

We will deliver the proud message of the Iranian women under the utmost oppression to the world”.
