1. Mandatory allocation of one percent of the budget of executive bodies to women and family

2. Creation of a guarantee fund for female heads of households

3. Approval of special funds for women in provincila trips

4. Allocating posts to female advisers equivalent to deputy minister or director-general

5. Special facilities to rural couples born in 1360s (=1980s)

6. Management of IORA and vast activities in the area of influential women

7. Appointing women at high decision-making councils

8. Providing insurance to pregnant women up to the end of breastfeeding period

9. Granting childbearing facilities

10. 100% coverage of infertility treatment insurance

11. Establishing social insurance for rural women with three children
