According to the Public Relations Office of the Vice Presidency for Women and Family Affairs, Zahra Behrouz Azar traveled to Tabriz to participate in the "Etefagh" Festival, which honors non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the field of youth.

During this visit, Behrouz Azar engaged in conversations with exhibitors and members of the youth-oriented NGOs, gaining firsthand insight into their activities and achievements. This exhibition was held to showcase and highlight the performances of NGOs in various fields. 

The National "Etefagh" Festival in Tabriz honors non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and showcases their achievements. Held at the Khavaran International Conference Center in Tabriz, the festival featured an exhibition featuring the achievements of NGOs from all over the country. 

Furthermore, among other programs on the trip, there was a meeting with active women in cultural, social, and political fields in East Azerbaijan Province and a visit to the Tabriz Social Emergency Center.
